How to Order Prints
1. CHOOSE MEDIUM - Choose the material you’d like your piece printed on: paper, canvas, wood, metal or acrylic.
2. Choose SIZE - Choose your preferred size. Sizes are based on width by height in inches. If you are looking for a very specific size not offered on my website please call me at 480-833-8094 and we would be happy to accommodate you.
3. Choose STYLE - Choose your finishing style. This is where you may select framing and matting options for paper prints and canvas wraps. Pro tip: order your framing here so paper prints arrive ready-to-hang!
4. ADD TO CART AND PAY. For your convenience we offer two payment options, by credit card or Paypal.
When Will my Order Ship?
When you place your order there is normally a Five Day Period, Depending on Your Bank, For your Credit Card Purchase to process into our system. When this is completed, our Vendor will Start to Process your order and most orders are fulfilled within five business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking Information for your order.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING PRICES are calculated based on your cart total as follows:

** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us at 480-833-8094 with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and call or text us at 480-833-8094 with your order number for further instructions. You can also reach us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All print sales are final. Please call us or text us at 480-833-8094 as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order and we will contact our Vendor. We cannot cancel an order once our Vendor has started fulfillment.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REPRODUCTIONS AND DIGITAL ART?
All Reproductions are from Original Work that have been hand painted. All my paintings are completed in Oil Paint on board or canvas. Digital Art is art created using digital brushes and other art functions on a computer. My color palette is exactly the same for both methods as well as my creative process in the developing my art.
